Wood Core House

Polish company engaged in the production of wood-core structures following proprietary and submitted for patenting technology, which is being developed thanks to financial means from the National Centre for Research and Development.

Our work are based on extensive research related to the technology’s safety and strength. We are one of the few companies that carry out strength tests in real-life scale.

Prior to technology commissioning we want to make sure that our modular system is safe by proving that it fulfills all strength norms and standards, including those required in single and multifamily as well as public utility buildings.

Our in-house developed core-house construction system facilitates easy transport of our buildings thus allowing us to establish cooperation with architects and contracting companies both in Europe as well as around the whole world.

Additionally, thanks to simple design and assembly, neither heavy equipment nor specialized construction tools are necessary.

We believe that the future of construction relies on ecology and innovative solutions. In Wood Core House we are convinced that the answer to these issues lies in solid construction KVH wood from which our core-buildings are made.

Each and every element of the building (wood, screws, steel connectors) is certified for quality in order to make sure that the products offered by us fulfill all safety standards.

The developed technology of the innovative wood buildings won the appreciation of the National Centre for Research and Development, which in turn resulted in obtaining means from the European Union and subsidy for our project named "Development of innovative technology of wood and wood-based modular elements prefabrication system and innovative modular structures construction".
