When you place an order for a frame building, we provide you with the modular elements of the frame building structure together with all the necessary fasteners and precise assembly instructions.

The structure you order from us can function as: an all-year-round house, a summer house, a garage, a service point, a shop, an office. Assembly takes up to 2 days.

Modular structures up to 2 storeys

Modular structures on licence are detached, terraced and semi-detached buildings. Any type of shape can be easily designed. The structure is assembled in approx. 6 days.

The strength tests carried out as well as the REI 120 certificate obtained allow us to offer wooden structures for multi-storey buildings of the highest quality.

BUILD SUSTAINABLY, QUICKLY, ECOLOGICALLY

SHORT ASSEMBLY TIME

Depending on the size of the structure, a 2-4 person team will build the building in the open shell and core condition in 2 to 6 days.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Each Wood Pack comes with a construction project.

SAFETY GUARANTEE

Research and structural tests carried out at the Silesian University of Technology have shown that the building can support six times the necessary load.

CERTIFIED MATERIALS

Each component is certified for quality - screws, anchors, fasteners, KVH wood.

NO HEAVY-DUTY EQUIPMENT

Installation with basic tools (drill, screw gun, spirit level).

SIMPLE ASSEMBLY OF THE STRUCTURE

The assembly instructions will help you to easily connect the modular construction elements together.

DESIGNING IN OUR SYSTEM

Our technology allows us to design virtually any structure of frame building.

The design principles are very simple - architects are given clear guidelines and instructions on how to design a building to be fully modular and therefore cost optimised.

There are no restrictions in our system - the designed building is based on 5 panels, which the architect juggles to create a house design according to the client's expectations and vision.

When designing in the Wood Core House system, you have the assurance that you are creating a project in a system that is fully tested in terms of the timber sections used but also the connectors used. You are designing in a system that has been NRO certified.
