Introduction

In order to conduct business in a professional manner in the construction market and to provide services of the highest quality, Wood Core House Sp. z o.o. collects and processes personal data. The collected information on individuals allows us to manage and effectively communicate with potential and current employees, business partners and investors. We would like to assure you that Wood Core House Sp. z o. o. attaches particular importance to respecting personal data and complies with Polish and European legislation on guidelines related to the security of collecting and processing personal data.

Wishing to comply with the information obligation under the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 and the Personal Data Protection Regulation of 25 May 2018, we present the following privacy policy, in which we publish the most important information regarding the process of collecting and processing personal data.

Basic information

1)    The Administrator of Personal Data (ADO for short), i.e. the entity responsible for obtaining the required consents for processing personal data, securing the data and processing them in accordance with the law, is the company Wood Core House Sp. z o.o., NIP: 6322018581, REGON: 368702346, with its registered office at ul. Inwalidów Wojennych 6A, (43-603) Jaworzno.

2)    The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by e-mail at: iodo@woodcorehouse.pl or at the company's registered office..

5)    The statutory duties of the Inspector include:

- verifying the compliance of personal data processing with the provisions of the personal data protection law and preparing a report to the Administrator in this regard,

-    supervising the development and updating of the documentation referred to in Article 36 section 2 of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the observance of the principles specified therein,

ensuring that the persons authorised to carry out the processing of personal data are familiarised with the regulations on personal data protection,

-    keeping the register of data filing systems processed by the Administrator, with the exception of filing systems which contain sensitive data

 

Other duties of the Inspector include:

-   organising the security and protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act,

-    ensuring data processing in accordance with the regulations of the Information Security Policy

-    issuing and cancelling Authorisations to process personal data,

-    keeping records of persons authorised to process personal data,

-   conducting investigations in the event of a breach of personal data protection,

-    initiating and undertaking measures to improve the protection of personal data

 

Collection, processing and use of data

1)    Wood Core House Sp. z o. o., in the course of its business activities, processes personal data belonging to natural persons, i.e. the company's clients, employees, subcontractors and customers.

2)    The data collected shall be included in files registered by the Data Protection Officer

3)    The processing of all data shall be carried out in compliance with the applicable legal acts, which means that the legal basis for the collection of personal data in all records of the Personal Data Inspector is Article 23(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act, which presents the conditions under which the processing of personal data is permissible.

4)    We particularly respect the provision of Article 23(1)(1) of the PDPA on the necessity to obtain the data subject's consent to the processing of data.

5)    Accordingly, the company Wood Core House Sp. z o. o. always complies with the information obligation under Article 24(1) of the PDPA, i.e. on:

-   the registered address of the Administrator

-    the purpose of the processing

-    your right to access and rectify your data

-   the voluntary nature of the provision of personal data

-    and the right to be forgotten,

6)    The legal basis for the collection, the information obligation and the need for consent is listed next to each collection in the Data Protection Officer's register

 

Entrustment of personal data processing

1)    Wood Core House Sp. z o. o. does not sell the collected personal data to any third parties.

2)    Wood Core House Sp. z o. o. does not carry out profiling of persons whose personal data has been collected

3)    Wood Core House Sp. z o. o. may entrust the processing of the collected personal data to its business partners if the purpose of the entrustment is related to its business activities, such as medical care, health and safety training, legal, accounting, IT services

4)    The basis for entrusting the processing of personal data to business partners is the conclusion of a contract, the provisions of which establish the purpose of entrusting the processing of personal data, its scope and subject matter

5)    Business partners accepting personal data for processing undertake in the above agreement to comply with the legal provisions relating to the protection of personal data, in particular to keep records of persons authorised to access personal data, to train these people and to develop a security policy

6)    A register of personal data entrustment agreements is kept by the Data Protection Officer

 

Safeguards for the processing of personal data

1)    Wood Core House Sp. z o.o. applies the following data security measures required by law and regulations.

2)    Among the measures applied, the following categories can be highlighted:

Personal: access to the processing of personal data is granted to selected and trained employees of Wood Core House Sp. z o. o. Records of authorised employees for processing are kept by the Personal Data Inspector. Also, the Inspector performs regular checks on compliance with the provisions of the law on data processing

IT: video monitoring, access control, anti-virus and firewall protection, access password policy in line with the guidelines of the General Inspector for Personal Data, security copy policy have been implemented in designated areas for processing and storing personal data

Technical: access to areas where personal data is stored is restricted to a limited number of employees through access control or key policy, a clean desk policy is in place, fire detectors are installed throughout the premises of Wood Core House Ltd. (where personal data is stored) fire detectors, intrusion detectors are installed, and the building is under the supervision of the intervention group of the local security office

 

Rights of personal data holders

Wood Core House sp. z o. o. respects the rights of the holders of personal data, and we therefore inform you that any person whose personal data has been processed has the right to:

-   Consult his or her personal data stored about him or her, update it or delete it partially or completely Rectify (amend) his or her personal data

-    Expect of proof of consent for the processing of personal data (principle of voluntariness and accountability)

-   Restrict consent to the processing of personal data (where it is deemed to be processed too broadly)

-   Transfer his or her personal data to another personal data administrator

-   Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection

-    Be completely forgotten

The privacy policy shall enter into force on 2023-01-01




POLICY REGARDING COOKIES

§1 Glossary

Cookies – computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User's equipment and are intended for use on the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the user's equipment and a unique number. The information in cookies comes from Internet users, hereinafter referred to as Users. Website - all websites owned or managed by WOODCOREHOUSE Sp. z o.o. Owner - the entity placing cookies on the final device of the Service User and gaining access to them, the operator of the Service www.woodcorehouse.pl with its registered office at ul. Inwalidów Wojennych 6A, 43-603 Jaworzno.

§2 Disabling cookies

The Service Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

Pursuant to the amendment of the Telecommunications Act, the User may give his or her consent to the installation of cookies through appropriate settings of the Internet browser. Giving such consent each time the User visits the Website could be perceived as burdensome. From the moment the User is informed about cookies, the decision to use the Website without changing the settings of the browser is treated as a conscious choice of the User..

 

§3 Use of cookies
